Service is an important part of our parish life and nowhere is this more evident than in those who serve our own parish community.
Faith Family Ministry
Holy Faith’s newest ministry stands ready to help you whether you signed up as a care recipient or not. If you need assistance due to a health crisis and help from family or friends is not available, call Steven Hecht at 978-844-0798, Fr. Jim Gordon at 505-216-8357 or Janina Green at 505-412-9428.
The cookie ministry provides refreshments after each service on Sundays. A host/hostess sets up the food and provides cream for the coffee. It is a very easy ministry and very rewarding in service to the entire parish. If you‘d like to participate, please sign up in the kitchen or speak with Mary Dale Gordon on (505) 982-9667.
Holy Faith is over 150 years old and maintains many connections to the history of Santa Fe,the state of New Mexico, and to many early leaders and families. The docents study and train in order to relate our story to our own members, and to the greater community. Scheduled Sunday tours are offered, as well as community-wide open houses. Worship at Holy Faith is enhanced by windows, additions, and altar designs by some of Santa Fe’s finest artists: the tradition continues today. Our tours highlight these worship surroundings and the desire to serve as good stewards for the meaningful future of this listed historical property. Please contact Kay Swindell firstname.lastname@example.org for further information or group tours.
Holy Faith Free Spirits
In this group, Singles of all ages gather to make new friends, lunch together after Church, visit museums and attend events of interest, have parties like the Academy Awards Night, and serve the community at the Interfaith Shelter, Food for Santa Fe, and parish breakfasts. Newcomers are always welcome. Watch the weekly bulletin for current schedule of events. For further information, contact Ruth Rael email@example.com, Jacki Walker firstname.lastname@example.org or Rebecca Tobey email@example.com.
It continues to be a blessing to serve the parish of Holy Faith. The members of the Hospitality Club, are the most dedicated and conscientious group of people to be found in any church. The group is responsible for providing and serving food for many parish events. Faithful members work tirelessly in the kitchen, in preparation for an event, presentation of the food items on the tables, and in the cleanup after an event. No special skill is needed. Please contact Betty Lou Dent firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to help.
Each week a group of dedicated volunteers come to lend a hand in the parish office. They help in a variety of ways: answering the telephone, greeting visitors, preparing and assembling mailings, addressing birthday cards, filing, caring for the plants in the offices, and so much more! If you’d like to assist, please contact Donna Lukacs on (505) 982-4447.
Parish Library and Library Committee

The library has approximately 6,300 items most of which are available for lending to the Parish. Virginia Lopez is the Librarian and may be reached via the church office.
The Library Committee provides support to the Library and organizes the Scheffler Lecture Series. For more information on the committee, contact Phyllis Lehmberg email@example.com.
